Baby A-Wake has been set up by Jane Wake as a unique concept in exercise and wellbeing for Mums and Mums to be. Based at a health club or your home, under the supervision of highly trained exercise practitioners, we will guide you through the right exercise to ensure you and your baby gain maximum benefits, before, during and after pregnancy.

Our service also includes baby zones within postnatal classes so you can safely exercise with your baby in the class.
All of our classes and one to one sessions come with additional information and support so that you can work with our ideas and gain strength with every step you take. Classes include ante and postnatal Pilates and weight management programmes.
