Exercise is safe for most people but there are circumstances where it is important to check with your doctor or health carer before you start. If you are pregnant you also need to have clearance from your GP or Midwife. Please therefore fill out each section of this form carefully and read the terms and conditions. Courses run consecutively apart from our summer break which is between 23rd Aug - 5th Sept. The winter course breaks for two weeks over the Christmas period from 20th Dec 2010 - 2nd jan 2011.

Exercise Registration and screening is a three part process. The first stage is to complete this form and click the submit button at the foot of the page. This will then take you to a payment screen and from there to the final part of the registration: an exercise screening form.

In order to take part in the courses it essential that all three parts of the registration process are completed prior to course attendance.
