About our Team
All of our exercise teachers and one to one trainers have a high level of experience, not only as a professional ante/postnatal specialist but as Mums, Dads, Aunties and Uncles! They have first hand experience of working with Mums and babies and understand specifically your needs at this time.

As well as in-depth training recognised to the highest level by bodies such as the Register of Exercise Professionals, our team have all gained experience and training through Fit to Deliver - world leaders in ante/postnatal exercise.
All of our teachers are also trained and qualified through Pilates or other recognised postural analysis and deep muscle (core) exercise modes. Whilst research has yet to establish this as a major part of training for Mums and Mums to be, there is a growing base of evidence to show that a focus in this area can greatly help, particularly with major concerns such as back ache and regaining pre-pregnancy body shape.
Our teachers, in everything they do, bring a level of understanding, care, commitment and professionalism that will not only give you confidence to exercise at this time but also the resources to continue to stay fit, healthy and energised throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
As well as our exercise practitioners, Body A-Wake have developed strong links with other ante and postnatal practitioners in fields such as osteopathy, chiropractice and Active Birth teaching.
